Kids, step-kids, husband, ex-husband, ex-husband's girlfriend, husbands ex-wife...

I have plenty of company.

Blending families and dealing with exes is akin to catching your eyelid on a rusty nail.

Advice to you gals who are considering dating/marrying a single dad:

Unless he is a widower, don't do it.

Okay, okay, when you are in love, you feel you can conquer all things. I agree with this sentiment to a degree. You can do it.....but be prepared to work VERY HARD.

Hopefully this blog will bring some humor to those of you dealing with the thankless job of family blending and the exes.
